Q: What materials do you use?
A: All our jewellery is crafted from 100% sterling silver (925). Some pieces are plated in 14k gold for a beautiful, timeless finish, also giving that extra layer of protection.

Q: Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?
A: Yes! Sterling silver is naturally hypoallergenic, making it suitable for sensitive skin. We never use nickel or other harsh metals.

Q: Will my jewellery tarnish?
A: Sterling silver does tarnish over time, especially when exposed to air, moisture, or chemicals. However, it's easy to clean and polish back to shine. We personally wear our jewellery everyday, in the shower, at the gym, or even at the beach. If you're worried about tarnishing, go for the 14k gold plated options!

A: Orders are usually processed within 1 business day. UK shipping is fulfilled by Royal Mail who have estimated shipping times of 3-5 business days. International shipping times depend on your location.
